Our Sports Minister Visited Gongola State?

Here's what Nigeria's Minister of Youth and Sports, Solomon Dalung wrote on his Facebook page yesterday (7th April, 2016):

I attended a football match between Internally Displaced Persons IDPs of Gongola Camp and footballers from the Diplomatic Community yesterday to mark the United Nations International Day of Sports for Peace and Development.
The Diplomatic community included the Embassies of Argentina, Egypt, Venezuela, Italy, Germany, Turkey etc. The game ended 1-0 in favour of Gongola UTD FC
Volunteers including the NIGERIA Red Cross, UNAIDS, UNICEF and the LIKEMINDS PROJECT donated food, stationery, clothing and other basic items to the IDPs.
There was free HIV testing for all who came while I was also presented with an award for my contribution to Sports development.

Is the IDP camp in Adamawa called 'Gongola Camp' or is the minister just oblivious of the face that Gongola only existed between 1976 and 1991?

Seems we have indeed returned to the old way of doing things as one of our former Presidents predicted.
