'It Is Always Wrong To Jack Somebody's Stuff But...': 2face Opens Up About Dammy Krane / Wizkid Rift

Dammy Krane is signed to 2face Idibia's Hypertek Digital and it is nothing surprising that 2baba as he is now called will always be asked questions concerning Dammy Krane and Wizkid's public meltdown over allegations of intellectual property theft.

2baba was recently on a radio tour to promote his new single, Coded Tinz featuring Phyno and Chief Obi. While at Cool 96.9FM, Do2dtun and Temi asked him about the rift between his protege and Wizkid.

According to 2baba, there is an ongoing peace process and that won't let him speak much about the issue. He however made it clear that it is wrong for anyone to jack another person's material but also stated unequivocally that artistes also owe themselves a duty to protect their materials.

"Both of them are extremely talented guys and it is just so unfortunate that there is this rift between them right now but everything is going to be squashed. We are going to move back to being cool and we are definitely still going to work together and do things together.

"It is always wrong to jack somebody's stuff but at the same time it is always good to protect your stuff. It's a two-way street sometimes but it is always wrong to jack somebody's stuff," 2face said.
