Emmanuel Emenike To Join West Ham United

Retired Super Eagles striker, Emmanuel Emenike is closer to completing a loan move to English Premier League side, West Ham.
Current West Ham manager, Slaven Bilic knows the 28-year-old from his time in Turkey and Russia. Bilic has previously hinted at a move for the rugged striker.

“There is a new situation with a couple of our players might leave the club and if that happens then we are going to try to get one in - and Emenike is one of them. But is not a done deal.

“Of course he is a good player. He is one of the players we have been linked with and we will see,” Bilic said

West Ham chairman, David Sullivan has also hinted at a move for a foreign striker believed to be Emenike.

"We are looking, long-term, for a 20-goal-a-season striker.

"There’s a possibility that a striker will come in on loan in the next seven days, with the option to buy him. He’s an overseas striker," Sullivan told Sky Sports.

Emenike who is currently on loan at Al Ain FC from Fenebarche has now hinted at a move to West Ham after sharing a photo from the infamous West Ham hooligan film Green Street. "Hahahaha. 😉😉," he captioned the photo.

He also shared a photo of his passport replacing that of Mauro Zarate who recently joined Fiorentina from West Ham.
