The Nigerian under-23 male football team has qualified for next year's Rio Olympic games. The coach Samson Siasia led boys beat their Senegalese counterparts 1-0 in front of their home fans on Wednesday evening.
That victory also sends Nigeria into the final of the ongoing Africa U-23 Cup of Nations in Senegal.
Nigeria's only goal of the game came from stand-in captain, Oghenekaro Etebo who made no mistake from the penalty spot.

The top three teams of the competition will be part of next year's Olympic games. By qualifying for the finals, Nigeria will either finish first or second in the competition and have qualified for the games.
