Why Sacking Mourinho Won't Help Chelsea

The solution is not sacking Mourinho but terminating the contract of any Chelsea player or staff who is working against the club's success and sabotaging the 52-year-old's effort.

This will cost Chelsea Football Club a lot of money but there lies the solution.

Employing spies in and around Stamford bridge and the Cobham training ground may help too.
One of the world's best coaches doesn't suddenly become the worst.

A team that won the premier league months back cannot suddenly become a relegation destined side.

If there are saboteurs in the Chelsea side (I believe they are), sacking Jose won't help in the long-term.

It MAY help in the short-term but the same saboteurs will keep ganging up against future managers of the club at the slightest provocation.

The Blues will rise again!
