Chelsea Agrees Pedro Deal?

Chelsea FC has agreed a deal with Barcelona forward, Pedro Rodriguez. Reports in English media have it that the player has agreed to join the Blues after a phone call from Jose Mourinho and persuasion from his former teammate, Cesc Fabregas.
According to the Mirror, Chelsea has made £20million for the Spaniard.
